Ingredients:
- 1 - 1 1/2 lb. chicken drumettes
- 15 - 20 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1 small piece of ginger, sliced
- fresh Thai basil leaves (red basil)
For the Sauce:
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1/3 cup rice wine
- 1/3 cup of Asian sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. cane sugar
- 1 tsp. dried chili flakes (or fresh red chilis)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
