Went for a short tour to Singapore and on the way back the tour guide brought us to this really good chinese restaurant at Seremban for our dinner that we find it really delicious, heard the Dim Sum here are very good as well. Address:

Fried Glutinous Rice
Fried Glutinous Rice
Ingredients A
600g glutinous rice
400g rice, soak for 3 hours
1.2 litres broth
Ingredients B
50g dried shrimps
2 chinese sausages, diced
150g roasted meat, diced (optional)
5 dried black mushrooms
soaked and diced
Ingredients C
2 tbsps oyster sauce
2 tbsps soy sauce
pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat 5 tbsps of oil in wok, stir fry (B) until fragrant.
2. Add in both of the rice and (C), stir fry well
3. Sprinkle broth onto rice
4. Take out and steam it, sprinkle with broth occasionally
Notes:
Need to fry for around 15 minutes
If the rice seems not to be cooked try to sprinkle some hot water
