(A) Dough
400g plain flour
100g topioca flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg 250ml water

(B)
4 litres ikan bills broth
choy sum or sayur manis


(C)
400g minced meat
5 dried black mushrooms
soaked and shredded
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp thick soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

(D)
1 bowl fried ikan billis
1 bowl fried shallots

(E)
Blend together
100g red chilies
10 chili padi
1/2 grilled belacan
6 small limes, squeeze juice
